or, as i like to say...4 months. it makes me not feel so bad about being so big so fast!

My Boys

we were lucky ducks this weekend! cj came to stay with us! krista drove him down along with mommom bramble for jaden's high school graduation and while i forgot my camera (can you say loser?) for both her party and her actual graduation, i was able to get a few shots of my boys hanging out at the house on sunday.

Good Times, Great Friends

this weekend was our 3rd annual trip to charlotte, nc to hang out with our ohio friends and for the boys to head to the nascar all star race. it seems like we always end up doing the same thing...which is alright with me. saturday: dunkin donuts...boat ride...qdoba for lunch...boys head to race....girls stay home with the kiddos and order a late dinner in. sunday: ihop breakfast...on the road back home! it seems quick, but we fit a lot in...and boy do we have a good time!

jay decided it would be fun to chase a goose it wouldn't be race weekend without a race themed ice cream cake. it says bump draft, which jay thought sounded dirty, and he couldn't get them to fit "that's what she said" on it, so they abbreviated it ...

Abandoned Camera

we had friends in town last weekend. mike and christy toy came down from de to hang with us for a few days. apparently, i abandoned my camera. i didn't take one picture of us doing any of the fun things we did. we actually did some fun things. i promise. christy took some pictures, so maybe we'll get some evidence from her. either way, we had a great time with them and even though there were a few wrinkles in the weekend, we kept going all weekend. we enjoyed some steamed crabs and a few games of cornhole on thursday night. we spent a beautiful day out on the river on friday and saturday we went to atlanta to watch the phillies lose....booo!

Best Week Ever

i'm 12 weeks, finally! actually this was last monday. i'm lazy. sue me. i'm growing a fetus.

and this was the ending of my week. mother's day. this was what i saw when i came down the stairs...and this is what made me come downstairs... i can't help but feel like the luckiest girl in the world right now. i have so much to be grateful for.

Sunday Funday

we really didn't have anything planned for today, but our day quickly was filled with lots of fun. considering i had about 5 loads of laundry waiting for me at home, this wasn't a bad alternative. after church, we grabbed some carrots and headed to lawton stables. we went when mommom was here visiting in february and roman loved it so much.

i can't say that toby was having fun mowing the grass, but having a little shadow made it a lot better, i'm sure... i never got a picture of this, but roman even duplicated the pull start action on his own bubble mower...just like poppa good teamwork boys! a quick spin on the batmobile! and then there's this. my boy stripped down to his tighty whiteys and took off!wait...what is that? is that grass on me? ugh! get it off, get it off!!!! who said you can't have fun doing yardwork?
